Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to develop high-quality instructional content for an Entrepreneurship and Small Business (ESB) certification course. This role requires expertise in small business principles, instructional best practices, and assessment design aligned to recognized certification standards.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with a cross-functional team to create engaging, accurate, and standards-aligned learning materials. Key responsibilities include writing clear, concise lesson content, maintaining technical accuracy, and up-to-date practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with CTE frameworks and standards
• Experience in technical writing or curriculum development
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
