Roles & Responsibilities

1. Drive Business Development and Client Acquisition for the agency’s marketing and advertising services.

2. Identify and generate new business leads through networking, market research, and outreach.

3. Pitch proposals and close deals with decision-makers from brands and corporates.

4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Identify and pursue partnerships, sponsorships, and collaboration opportunities.

6. Manage Key Accounts and ensure timely, high-quality execution of campaigns.

7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

8. Promote and sell ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing services including brand activations, promotions, and offline campaigns.

9. Develop customized proposals for ATL, BTL, Influencer, and Event campaigns based on client requirements.

10. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the agency’s business growth.

Skills Required

1. Strong experience in Sales & Marketing, Client Acquisition, B2B Sales, and Agency Sales.

2. In-depth understanding of ATL & BTL marketing activities — Hoardings, Print, Radio, Digital Screens, Mall / College Activations, On-ground Events, etc.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4. Proven ability to network, build relationships, and close high-value deals.

5. Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional.

6. Prior experience in Influencer Marketing, Events, or Sponsorship Sales will be an added advantage.
