Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Order Management

Responsibilities

• .Order processing : Receive and validate orders for hardware and subscriptions, ensuring all details are accurate.
• .Inventory management : Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of hardware for timely fulfilment.
• .Subscription activation : Manage the activation process for subscription services, ensuring seamless access for customers.
• .Customer communication : Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues.
• .Issue resolution : Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders promptly.
• .Data entry : Accurately enter order details into the system for tracking and reporting purposes.
• .Collaboration : Work closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• .Reporting : Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and subscription activations for management review.
• .Compliance : Ensure all orders comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
