About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Technical Recruiter with strong knowledge of IT technologies and proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for IT positions.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Stay updated on emerging IT skills and market trends (Cloud, DevOps, Data, Full Stack, AI / ML, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Evaluate candidate technical skills and suitability based on job requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized data using ATS and recruitment tools .
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
