Strategic Partnership Manager – IT Staffing (USA Market)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to lead our client acquisition and vendor partnership efforts across the U.S. IT staffing ecosystem.
This role involves reaching out to and establishing relationships with :
Vendor Management Teams
Procurement / Supplier Diversity Teams
Client Partnership / Account Managers
Talent Acquisition or Workforce Program Managers
in staffing firms (e.G., Kforce, Insight Global, Apex Systems, Robert Half, etc.) and IT companies to onboard Xcelo Group as an approved or primary staffing vendor.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage IT service companies, staffing firms, and enterprise clients for new vendor opportunities.
Reach out to decision-makers (Vendor Managers, Procurement Leads, Partnership Heads) to initiate vendor registration and qualification discussions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships that lead to long-term vendor partnerships.
Negotiate vendor terms, MSAs, and pricing aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and consistent quality.
Qualifications
5–7 years’ experience in IT staffing business development, client acquisition, or vendor management in the U.S. market.
Strong network and experience engaging with staffing firm procurement / vendor management teams.
Proven record of securing new vendor agreements or MSP partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
