Job description

Production :

Planning and scheduling production activities – Daily, Weekly & Monthly plan, ensuring that CNC machines operate efficiently to meet production targets.

Quality :

Implementing quality assurance AS9100 procedures to ensure that all products meet specifications and standards inline with customer requirements, rejection control, PPM, RRCA

EHS Compliance :

Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, conducting safety training, and maintaining a safe working environment.

NPD & FAI Development :

Supporting in new product development & FAI machining coordination with Project management.

Maintenance :

Coordinating with maintenance team, troubleshooting of CNC machines to minimize downtime and ensure the daily check list, PM & TPM Activities.

Collaboration :

Working closely with PPC, Tooling, Engineering and Quality assurance to resolve technical issues and to improve the workflows.

Process Improvement :

Analyzing production processes and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency of the resources.

Resource Management :

Managing materials, tools, and equipment to ensure adequate supplies for production needs.

Team Development :

Mentoring team members, facilitating skill development, providing direction, training to ensure high performance and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting :

Maintaining accurate production records and reporting on key performance indicators to management.
