(Apply in 3 Minutes) AVP - Brand Alliances and Partnerships

The individual is required to travel to Delhi for five days each month, from Monday to Friday. For the remaining days of the month, they will work from home (BLR). Additionally, there will be travel to Chennai two to three times a month.

Key Responsibilities :

• Brand Onboarding : Lead the complete onboarding journey for new brand partners, from initial discussion to final go-live, ensuring seamless execution across legal, technical, and operational checkpoints.
• Brand Servicing & Relationship Management : Serve as the key point of contact for partner brands, ensuring smooth communication, timely support, and long-term retention.
• Strategic Alliances : Identify, evaluate, and forge new brand alliances that support the organization’s growth strategy.
• API Integration Coordination : Collaborate with internal tech teams and partner brand tech teams to ensure smooth and timely API integration and testing.
• Commercial Structuring : Drive commercial negotiations, close partnership deals, and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams for contract closure, pricing validation, campaign rollout, and post-launch support.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and report on partner brand performance metrics. Share insights and propose strategies for optimization and growth.
• Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor alliances, and innovative partnership models.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in brand partnerships, servicing, and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and tech coordination workflows.
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end partner lifecycle management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in fintech, digital rewards, e-commerce, Marketplace platforms, and Gift card & loyalty programs will be a strong advantage.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms or API-first products is desirable.
