- The Deputy Manager : Connected Car Services (TCU) will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of innovative connected car solutions, ensuring the integration of telematics systems to enhance customer experience and vehicle performance.
- Lead the development and integration of connected car services, including telematics, remote diagnostics, and in-car connectivity features. Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs, technological advancements, and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and innovative solutions, while providing technical leadership to drive high-quality and reliable connected car services.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of connected car services and TCU (Telematics Control Unit) solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless integration of services.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance existing services and identify new opportunities.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet organizational goals.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in connected car technologies.Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.7-9 years of experience in connected car services, telematics, or related fields.Strong understanding of TCU architecture and connected vehicle technologies.Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.Experience with cloud services and IoT platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.Skills Required
