Role Description
Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges and helping customers succeed?
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with proven expertise in Email Deliverability, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 support .
Email Deliverability : Configure and troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, DMARC; monitor bounce logs, blacklist issues, and optimize email flow.
Google Workspace Support : Provide hands-on support for Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Admin Console, and related services.
Microsoft 365 Support : Deliver technical assistance for Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Customer Success : Act as a trusted advisor, resolve escalations, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For :
Hands-on experience with email systems, DNS records, and deliverability best practices .
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration .
Excellent troubleshooting and customer support skills.
Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
