Role Description

Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges and helping customers succeed?

We are looking for a  Technical Support Specialist  with proven expertise in  Email Deliverability, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 support .

• Email Deliverability : Configure and troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, DMARC; monitor bounce logs, blacklist issues, and optimize email flow.
• Google Workspace Support : Provide hands-on support for Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Admin Console, and related services.
• Microsoft 365 Support : Deliver technical assistance for Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Customer Success : Act as a trusted advisor, resolve escalations, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
