Role Title : - Principal Consultant - Lead to Revenue Advisory

- Reviewing value chain models for Lead-to-Revenue (L2R) functions
- Studying current process, assessing gaps and recommending best practices / future state processes based on specific project and client requirements
- Championing and implementing new value chain at various client organizations
- Advising Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Sales Officer and the varying levels in their organizations, on Customer Engagement, Sales and Revenue management processes and the systems supporting the same
- Driving transformation programs around Lead to Cash (preferably enterprise level programs across regions)
- Assist LTIMindtree Sales, Delivery and Practice teams with solutioning expertise on sales pursuits and / or delivery engagements
- Provide thought leadership and white papers / speaking slots in events

About 10- 15 years’ experienceCore skills around Quote to Cash or Lead to CashWe are looking for Process and Value Chain experts who have led Advisory and Consulting engagementsHave advised CXOs, or at a minimum, their N-1 stakeholders previously around Lead to CashExperience in Transformation programs around Lead to Cash (preferably enterprise level programs across regions)Ideally, demonstrates depth of experience in two or more industries such as Manufacturing, Hitech, CPG, Life Sciences etc.Previous background in one or more of the following preferred : Sales and Marketing, Pricing & Complex CPQ, Billing and Revenue ManagementWill ideally have strong experience and understanding of functions upstream and downstream of CRM processesNice to have good understanding of data models, data structures and high level integration conceptsIdeally has good foundational knowledge of one or more core ERP systems such as Oracle Biz Suite, SAP, D365Preferably has seven or more years working with SAAS platformsPlatforms skills around C4Hana, Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Conga etc.Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow team members with ideation, solutions, thought-leadership and provide actionable feedback on deliverablesAbility to lead deal cycles will be a nice to haveHave thought leadership and White papers to their credit is a strong plusBeen a speaker and part of Q2C Forums, a strong plusExcellent skills around presentations and articulation of ideasTravel (domestic and / or international) as required
