Job Summary
We are seeking a DSP (Demand Side Platform) Specialist who will manage, optimize, and scale Amazon DSP campaigns across regions. You’ll collaborate closely with our account leads and growth team to design high-performing strategies that deliver strong ROAS and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns to meet client goals.
- Build audience segments using behavioral, contextual, and demographic targeting.
- Manage end-to-end campaign performance : pacing, frequency, viewability, and attribution.
- Analyze campaign reports, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with account managers and design teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on new DSP features and industry best practices.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience managing Amazon DSP or programmatic campaigns.Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.Strong analytical skills with experience using Amazon DSP Console, AMC, or other ad analytics tools.Proven ability to interpret campaign data and communicate insights effectively.Understanding e-commerce performance metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR).Preferred Qualifications
