Job Title : Customer Support Executive Location : Calicut, Kerala (Relocation Required) Experience : Fresher / Experienced Joining : Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives at Helett Enterprise LLP. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English and willing to relocate to Calicut, Kerala. Candidates from North India are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner. Understand and resolve customer queries while providing accurate information. Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM software. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution. Strive to deliver excellent service and enhance the overall customer experience. Follow company policies and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach. Requirements Language Proficiency : Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory). No Malayalam knowledge required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools / software. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Willingness to relocate and work from Calicut, Kerala.
