Role Description :

Mishvar Tours & Travels, a growing travel and tourism company based in Karakkunnu, Manjeri, is seeking a Ticket Sales Representative for our on-site office. This is a full-time office-based role (no remote or online work).

The Ticket Sales Representative will be responsible for managing ticket sales, assisting customers with travel inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and handling transactions efficiently. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, generating reports, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Strong ticket sales and customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proven experience in customer service or sales (freshers are also welcome to apply)
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage
• Minimum qualification : High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in travel or hospitality is a plus)
