Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Hardware Sales & Procurement Executive / Manager to manage end-to-end sales and sourcing of IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, servers, and peripherals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of vendor relationships, procurement processes, and a successful track record of selling to SMBs and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales :
- Identify, approach, and manage B2B clients across SMB and enterprise segments.
- Drive revenue growth by selling IT hardware products : laptops, desktops, printers, servers, networking devices, accessories, etc.
- Prepare and deliver client-specific proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business and upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support.
Procurement :
Source and negotiate with multiple vendors / distributors for best pricing, availability, and warranties.Maintain stock levels and manage purchase orders based on demand forecasts.Ensure timely procurement, delivery, and quality checks of hardware and peripherals.Track vendor performance and manage supplier relationships.Maintain updated product knowledge including latest market trends and technologies.Reporting & Strategy :
Maintain and update CRM with sales pipeline, purchase orders, and follow-ups.Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, procurement metrics, and vendor KPIs.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies in IT hardware.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Dell, HP) are a plus.3–7 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware sales and / or procurement, preferably in a system integrator, reseller, or distribution environment.Proven track record in B2B sales to SMB and / or enterprise clients.Strong understanding of product specifications, brand positioning (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.), and IT hardware lifecycle.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic inventory / purchase management systems.Preferred Skills :
Experience with government tenders, bulk orders, or enterprise RFP processes.Vendor relationships with leading IT brands or distributors.Strong market network and customer base.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
