Job Description :

Operational Excellence :

 Planning, estimating, scheduling, and executing the administrative management in compliance with the organisational policies and procedures.

 Responsible for creating & driving a clear mindset within the organisation to meet the operational benefits by enabling targets & metrics enriched with rewards & recognitions

 Designing Effective & efficient processes to deliver value to customers using proper tools & techniques for Process design – Six Sigma, Improvement – Lean & Control – Value stream & process management.

 Alignment of short-term & long-term strategies, Priorities & decisions within the organisation – Process owners to achieve faster & better operational excellence.

Supply Chain Management & Logistics

 Sustaining existing network & managing supply chain, ensuring timely distribution & preparing for any disruption in the Supply chain.

 Developing long-term partnerships with local & foreign suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery, and quality norms.

 Negotiating for settling commercial matters with suppliers, clarifying product & process-related issues of the suppliers, and solving quality-related problems of vendors.

Quality Compliance / Safety Management

 Establishing and implementing various systems & procedures to comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & AS9100 quality standards.

 Identifying activities & processes which are hazardous and undertaking steps for curtailing associated risks; foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.

 Ensuring adherence to all safety rules (quality, health, environmental, firefighting and emergency).

Process Enhancement

 Identifying scope for : Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity. Modifications in equipment, process flow, working practices, consumables, and power, etc., for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.

 Implementing new process concepts for production optimisation, yield improvement, and developing guidelines for sequencing manufacturing activities on the shop floor.

 Incorporating various Value Engineering & Application Engineering initiatives to reduce

scrap / wastage / rejections as a continuous improvement process
