• Demonstrated excellence in administering operational planning and time management to consistently meet customer deliverables while implementing change management processes for testing deviations and operational adjustments.
• Strong exposure in developing quality improvement plans and conducted supplier audits to enhance compliance and performance, driving continuous improvement and reducing defects, costs, scrap, and rework while ensuring high-quality product delivery.
• Extensive hands-on experience in EMI / EMC testing for energy meter products & components, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge in using Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, PFMEA, 7QC Tools; familiar with Industry standards – ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ISO27001.
• Project Manager, skilled in successfully planning & executing quality management projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals & compliance with industry standards to deliver defect-free products.
• Divergent & value-based outlook with exceptional analytical skills, strong people management skills, leveraged in leading cross-functional teams & motivating peak performances with focus on transforming the company's vision into reality.
