Job Summary

We're looking for an expert in cold email outreach who can build and execute scalable email campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads . The ideal candidate understands audience segmentation, personalization, A / B testing, and email automation tools to optimize conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cold email outreach campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Craft compelling email copy with personalization to increase open and response rates.
• Set up automation and sequencing using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, or HubSpot.
• Conduct A / B testing on subject lines, messaging, and CTAs for continuous improvement.
• Ensure high email deliverability and avoid spam filters through best practices.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on metrics like open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach efforts with sales objectives.
• Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
