Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and customize MS Dynamics 365 CRM applications based on business requirements.
• Develop custom components such as plugins, JavaScript scripts, workflows, and custom entities.
• Build applications and automation workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Develop and manage external portals using Power Pages.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs and connectors.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancement of existing CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure best practices in CRM customizations, security roles, data model design, and performance optimization.
• Manage deployment, version control, and documentation of customizations.
