Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, customize, and configure solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Design and implement CRM workflows, plugins, custom entities, and business rules.
- Build integrations with third-party applications using Web APIs and other integration tools.
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Visual Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Customize and extend CRM UI to meet user and business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM solutions for performance and scalability.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation for CRM applications.
- Ensure CRM platform follows best practices, governance, and security standards.
Technical Skills Required :
Strong development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMProficiency in .NET framework and C#Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Expertise with Visual Studio for development and deploymentStrong knowledge of Web API, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for CRM customizationExperience with CRM UI customization and workflow automationKnowledge of SQL Server and database conceptsFamiliarity with Agile development practicesEducation :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMicrosoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure (preferred)(ref : hirist.tech)
