Key Responsibilities :

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports on sales, inventory, returns, customer insights, and operational performance.
• Track KPIs such as order flow, sales trends, stock movement, category performance, and promotional impact.
• Identify gaps, variances, and anomalies in data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Automate reports and dashboards for efficient data analysis and decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, merchandise, operations, finance, and marketing) for data requirements.
