Role : Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to assist our

global customers, primarily based in the US. The ideal candidate should have excellent

communication skills, a strong grasp of support tools, and the ability to manage customer

queries with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and support tickets in a timely and

professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users through product workflows and best practices.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to relevant teams and ensure prompt
  • resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements.
  • Must-Have Skills :

  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work night / early morning hours (1 AM onwards) to support the
  • US time zone.

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
  • and CRM tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-first attitude.
  • Good to Have :

  • Prior experience supporting SaaS products or B2B customers.
  • Understanding of basic technical troubleshooting or onboarding processes.
