Role Overview :
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Territory Sales Managers to expand our presence across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B and field sales background in the EdTech domain, with a passion for education and technology.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage the sales network within the assigned territoryUnderstand, prepare, and execute strategic sales plans and targetsAchieve monthly / quarterly sales, growth, and collection goalsMonitor and manage sales processes and procedures effectivelyPerform territory planning and budget managementPrepare and implement detailed coverage plans (yearly, monthly, weekly, daily)Define sales and growth targets by customer, product, and regionDevelop and execute promotional strategies to drive product visibility and salesConduct product demos / presentations for key stakeholders : School Principals, Trustees, Teachers, and StudentsExecute go-to-market strategies including pricing, offers, events, and post-sales supportFacilitate onboarding processes : installations, downloads, and training for educatorsCoordinate with customer care executives (CCEs) for smooth client servicingRegularly follow up on collections and ensure timely paymentsAnalyze market and sales data for informed decision-makingProvide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries efficientlySubmit timely and accurate reports including SFAS reports, surveys, monthly journey plans (MJP), and expensesExperience :
4-5 years total experienceMinimum 2-3 years in EdTech (preferably K12 segment)Proven B2B and field sales backgroundEducational Qualification :
Graduate (any discipline)Preferred :
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsGoal-oriented with excellent planning and organizational capabilitiesComfortable with extensive travel within the assigned regionProficient in sales data analysis and reporting toolsHow to Apply :
