Role : E-Commerce Manager

What you’ll do :
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
 - Manage platform-specific sales plans and drive joint business plans (JBPs) with leading e-commerce and q-commerce partners.
 - Oversee daily operations including product listings, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and platform offtake.
 - Monitor digital marketing campaigns (impressions, CTR, ROAS, ACOS) to optimize ROI.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.).
 - Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
 - Analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
 - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
 - Lead, mentor, and motivate the e-commerce team by setting clear goals and driving accountability.
 
Who you are :
MBA (Tier-B school preferred) with 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce sales or managing large accounts.Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and building strong platform relationships.Hands-on experience with e-commerce management tools, dashboards, and inventory systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in BI / data analysis tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and result-oriented approach.Collaborative, agile, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic market environment.
