The E-Commerce Analyst will own reporting, performance tracking, and insights generation to optimize sales, conversion, and customer behavior across digital channels. This role partners with marketing, operations, and merchandising to inform data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze site performance metrics including traffic, conversion, AOV, and funnel optimization.
 - Build dashboards and reports tracking KPIs across Shopify, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms.
 - Identify opportunities for CRO, inventory alignment, and UX improvements.
 - Support forecasting and promotional analysis to guide marketing and merchandising strategies.
 
Requirements
Qualifications :
3+ years in data analytics or eCommerce performance roles.Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Excel, and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).Strong analytical and storytelling ability with attention to detail.
