Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners in the interior design and real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate and qualify leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and digital platforms
Conduct site visits and present design solutions to prospective clients
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to create customized solutions
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Handle client queries and ensure smooth project handover to the execution team
Channel Development
Identify and develop relationships with real estate agents, builders, architects, and property consultants
Build a network of channel partners to expand business reach in Gurugram and surrounding areas
Participate in property exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
Collaborate with real estate projects for bulk business opportunities
Market Analysis & Strategy
Research market trends and competitor activities in the interior design sector
Identify new business opportunities and market segments
Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client preferences
Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related industries
Proven track record in B2C and B2B sales with the ability to close deals
Experience in handling luxury or premium market segments preferred
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Proficiency in CRM and MS Office Suite
Ability to understand and explain design concepts and technical specifications
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Willingness to travel within NCR region for client meetings and site visits

Previous experience with residential interior design companies
Knowledge of interior design products, materials, and trends
Existing network in real estate or construction industry
Experience with luxury home and office interior projects
