Associate Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Guwahati

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Talent Acquisition & Human Resources. You will be trained to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, interact with candidates, and support our hiring needs across different industries

Key Responsibilities :

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals

Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.

Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Meet daily / weekly recruitment targets and timelines

Qualifications & Skills :

✅ Education : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline-

Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

✅ Strong organizational and time management abilities.

✅ Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
