The Role

We're looking for a sharp, ambitious, and results-driven

Recruiter

to join our People team. You will be the driving force behind our growth, responsible for finding and attracting the best and brightest talent. This is a role for a true

hustler

What You'll Do

Own the Hunt :

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles (tech and non-tech), from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and closing top talent.

Be a Sourcing Guru :

Proactively find and engage with passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other platforms.

Partner with Leaders :

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define role requirements, and build a seamless interview process.

Champion Candidate Experience :

Ensure every candidate, regardless of the outcome, has a positive and memorable experience with Openhouse.

Build Talent Pipelines :

Develop a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Be a Culture Ambassador :

Embody and communicate the Openhouse mission and values, getting candidates excited about what we're building.

What We're Looking For

Experience : 2-3 years

of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or a fast-paced tech environment.

Skills :

Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing. You know how to write a killer Boolean string and can spot talent from a mile away.

Communication :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can write compelling outreach messages and build rapport with anyone.
