• Quality control of processes and products.
• Planning and execution of developmental work.
• Planning and execution of cost reduction of products.
• Handling inspection of finished goods.
• Control on incoming raw materials and timely evaluation.
• Calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Reduction in quality complaints of products.
• Customization of products.
• Customer / supplier visit.
• Adherence to ISO, QMS and Calderys systems.
• Coordination with Marketing / R & D / Project / Application and Supply Chain.
• Training subordinates and monitoring their Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the refractory monolithics or brick industry.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and protocols relevant to refractory In-depth knowledge of ceramics and refractories.
• Familiarity with refractory testing and characterization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of mineralogy, crystallography, and phase diagrams.
• Knowledge of refractory propertyperformance correlation and installation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with testing and characterization tools used in refractory quality assessment.
• Leadership qualities, including team-building and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
