Job Description :

• Provide post deployment configuration assistance for Akamai products, including :
• Delivery : Ion CDA, WebSocket, EdgeWorkers, DataStream, Cloudlets, Image & Video Manager, NetStorage, mPulse Lite
• DNS Security : Edge DNS
• Observability : TrafficPeak
• Support fine-tuning, optimization, and configuration reviews on Akamai UI in alignment with recommended practices and customer requirements.
• Track and maintain logs of configuration assistance hours and report regularly to the project management representative.
• Analyze Akamai Traffic Peak data to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and provide actionable traffic optimization recommendations in standard reporting formats at required frequencies to improve application performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and maximize the value of Akamai services.
• Share knowledge, create documentation, and support customer teams in ongoing management of Akamai delivery configurations.
