Job descriptionChampion innovation and digitization to enable efficient project delivery and achieve productivity targets. Ensure project delivery within budget and schedule timelines . Own the flex management process ; deliver required volume and quality through sourcing while ensuring compliance with the contingent worker governance process . Deploy quality management processes to meet internal / external customer requirements and eliminate cost of poor quality . Build a strong, diverse team by : Recruiting talent, Identifying and developing successors, Driving retention and engagement, Fostering an inclusive culture , Delivering on PLI targets . Build skills / competencies for various HCCI products and solutions including : Operator competence , Process optimization , Asset management , Productivity / safety solutions , Energy management . Foster a work environment of trust and transparency , and take ownership of career growth and development of the team. Establish processes to manage knowledge and skill across a diverse team. Ensure upskilling of resources in line with technology trends and product innovations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Computer Science preferred); Master's degree is an added advantage. Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering / operations, including at least 5+ years in a leadership role . Experience delivering advanced application / solution projects and consulting services in : Oil & Gas Refinery & Petrochemical Chemical MMM Paper & Pulp industries Proven ability to manage a large pool of engineering resources with diverse skills and experience. Strong business acumen to drive growth and profitability . Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions including sales , technology , marketing , sourcing , and external customers . Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics). Advanced knowledge of systems development lifecycle . Leadership experience , including leading diverse and global teams. Ability to convey complex messages clearly and appropriately for the audience. Experience in leading change and managing complex tasks and people. Capability to intervene decisively and remove obstacles to maintain workflow. Significant engineering experience .
The GES HCCI INDIA Leader will provide leadership to a multi-discipline project engineering and project management team. This role involves collaboration across HCCI regional Operations, Engineering leadership, Product Development teams, and other GES leaders to ensure alignment with HCCI vision, strategies, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Growth
- Formulate and execute strategies for profitable growth of HCCI & GES .
- Deliver on Annual Operating Plan for Volume , Margin Pass-back , Productivity , Change Order / Upsell , etc.
- Be accountable for Census & Resource Cost Management (OEF) .
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders such as GES resources , global business & engineering leaders , and function leaders to deliver results.
