About the Role

Creative Director – Graphics
who can lead with vision, elevate design thinking, and inspire teams to create work that’s not just visually stunning but strategically sound.
You’ll guide the visual direction for multiple brands — from identity design and campaign concepts to digital storytelling and high-impact presentations.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
Define and drive the overall visual language, tone, and creative direction for all clients and campaigns.
Lead ideation and concept development for brand identity, advertising, and integrated campaigns.
Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and performance teams to ensure visual outputs align with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
Maintain Wingman’s design standards — every piece of work should be premium, thoughtful, and distinctive.
Design Oversight
Supervise all design deliverables — branding, brochures, OOH, websites, digital creatives, and campaign collaterals.
Review and refine designs to ensure quality, brand consistency, and storytelling coherence.
Translate abstract ideas and strategy into tangible, high-impact visual concepts.
Ensure timely delivery without compromising on craft or detail.
Team Mentorship & Management
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, motion artists, and visualizers.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, innovation, and growth.
Conduct regular design reviews, feedback sessions, and training to upskill the creative team.
Guide designers in client presentations, helping them articulate creative rationale effectively.
Client & Business Collaboration
Partner with client servicing and leadership to understand business goals and translate them into creative opportunities.
Present design concepts and campaigns to clients with confidence and clarity.
Contribute to new business pitches, brand naming, and creative strategy discussions.
Bring proactive creative ideas to existing clients to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Innovation & Design Thinking
Stay ahead of design trends, digital tools, and creative technologies (AI, motion, 3D, experiential).
Push the agency’s creative boundaries with fresh ideas and modern visual languages.
Encourage cross-disciplinary innovation — integrating design, motion, and storytelling seamlessly.
Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in a creative / design agency, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, campaigns, and digital design.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects, Figma, and 3D tools is a plus.
Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
Strong sense of visual aesthetics, composition, and storytelling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
