Creative Director (Remote - India)

As a Creative Director, you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver visually striking and strategically impactful work across multiple projects. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of design initiatives, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with client objectives. Your role will involve fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence, while mentoring team members and supporting professional growth. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, driving business development opportunities and championing the integration of emerging trends and technology into creative outputs. This position requires a balance of hands-on creative expertise, leadership skills, and commercial awareness, offering a platform to influence both creative strategy and team performance. Your contributions will shape the overall design culture, enhance client satisfaction, and advance the organization’s creative vision.

Accountabilities :

• Motivate and lead the creative team to achieve high-quality, innovative outputs and maintain a culture of excellence.
• Oversee multiple live projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with client requirements and expectations.
• Proactively monitor project quality, conduct internal reviews, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Introduce innovative ways to maximize efficiency, productivity, and creative impact within the studio.
• Manage team meetings, scheduling, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster learning and professional development.
• Attend client meetings, present work, and identify new business opportunities.
• Act as a brand guardian to ensure design work consistently aligns with client brand guidelines.
• Mentor and support team members, providing guidance to enhance creative, technical, and professional skills.
