Position Overview
We’re hiring a
Creative Director
to lead the
K.R. Mangalam Group of Institutions’ visual identity and creative vision . This role combines high-level conceptual thinking with hands-on execution, setting the tone for
design and creative strategy
across campaigns, websites, and ad creative. You will work closely with our founders and marketing leads to
translate brand strategy into impactful execution
across Figma, UI / UX, and campaign creative. This is a
hands-on leadership role , perfect for a design leader who is equally comfortable
pushing pixels as they are building systems and mentoring designers . You will also drive
brand strategy, growth, and campaign outcomes , ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Define and uphold the
creative vision and direction
for the K.R. Mangalam Group across branding, digital, print, motion, and interactive projects.
Lead, mentor, and manage a
multidisciplinary creative team
including graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, and UX / UI designers.
Collaborate with founders, marketing, and strategy teams to
translate briefs into powerful, engaging creative work .
Drive
brand strategy, growth initiatives, and management , ensuring consistent positioning and identity across all platforms.
Take ownership of
campaign execution and outcomes , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
Work hands-on on
Figma, UI / UX, digital campaigns, and design systems , while also guiding team processes and best practices.
Present and articulate creative ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
Stay ahead of
design trends, technologies, and emerging platforms
to maintain a competitive edge.
Review and approve all creative deliverables to ensure
quality, consistency, and brand alignment .
Requirements
Proven experience (10+ years) in a
creative director role
within a design agency, higher education, or similar environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing
conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, successful campaigns, and digital / UX work .
Excellent
leadership, mentoring, communication, and presentation skills .
Mastery of
Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant creative tools .
Deep understanding of
branding, user experience, digital media, and print production , with the ability to link creative work to
business growth .
Ability to
manage multiple projects
in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A degree in
Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field .
