Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Instructional Designer

What you bring :

1. Perform detailed analysis

Audience analysis

Learner needs analysis

Task analysis

Gap analysis

2. Create detailed design with macro and micro design strategies create an effective content outline

3. Develop training content for all forms of training based on design - elearnings , ILTs, SOPs

a) Write according to the learner needs and characteristics

b) Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content

c) Comprehend complex content and present it in a clear manner, easy for the end use to comprehend

d) Summarize information into crisp newsletters / articles

e) Create innovative storylines for business information

f) Work with the Graphic Designer and Programmer to visualize corporate elements

4. Should have very high expertise in rapid authoring tools like Captivate, Lectora and Storyline. Should be able to develop Level 2 courses in these tools.

5. Communicate effectively in oral and written form with internal and client teams

Responsibilities

Analyse and understand client requirements completely

Write according to the learner needs and characteristics

Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content

Comprehend complex content and present it in a clear manner, easy for the end use to comprehend

Summarize information into crisp newsletters / articles

Create innovative storylines for business information

Work with the Graphic Designer and Programmer to visualize corporate elements

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications / Skill Set

Good experiance in core instruction design.

Strong attention to detail is required
