We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• .Analyse and understand client requirements completely
• .Write according to the learner needs and characteristics
• .Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content
• .Create detailed design with macro and micro design strategies create an effective content outline
• .Develop training content for all forms of training based on design - eLearning's, ILTs, SOPs
• .Comprehend complex content and present it in a clear manner, easy for the end use to comprehend
• .Summarize information into crisp newsletters / articles
• .Create innovative storylines for business information
• .Work with the Graphic Designer and Programmer to visualize corporate elements
