▷ [High Salary] Bench Sales Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in marketing IT consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, CPT, EAD) and must have a proven track record of placing candidates on various technologies across implementation partners, direct clients, and prime vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, EAD) to new and existing clients and vendors for Full-time and C2C roles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
• Identify requirements through job boards, networking, and personal relationships.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with vendors / clients for feedback.
• Negotiate rates and ensure timely placement of consultants.
• Maintain an active pipeline of consultants on the bench and submit them regularly.
• Update internal systems and documentation to reflect submission and placement status.
