Responsibilities
✅ Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.) to clients, vendors, and Tier-1 partners.
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
✅ Source contract and C2C (Corp-to-Corp) opportunities for bench consultants.
✅ Negotiate rates and close deals efficiently.
✅ Keep track of market trends, hiring demands, and competitor analysis.
✅ Maintain an up-to-date database of submissions and interview schedules.
✅ Ensure compliance with all staffing policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruiters with Good Communication skills.
Strong network of direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other job boards.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
