About the Role

We're looking for an  Experience & Partnerships Manager  in  Bangalore  to design and execute unforgettable experiences for our founder community.

You'll curate unique event formats, collaborate with venues, brands, and sponsors, and ensure every BFC experience feels exclusive, inspiring, and operationally tight.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate  high-quality, differentiated experiences  for BFC Bangalore (offbeat venues, immersive workshops, collaborations, etc.)
• Source, negotiate, and manage  sponsorships and barters  with venues, brands, and hospitality partners
• Coordinate with the Mumbai HQ team to ensure smooth event execution
• Be  physically present for BFC meetups on alternate Saturdays
• Manage event budgets, trackers, and post-event reports
