The Assistant Manager – Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for executing strategic plans within the Corporate Relations vertical. The role involves managing corporate partnerships, curating volunteering engagements , and ensuring high-quality project delivery and reporting.
This position demands strong relationship-building skills, project ownership, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful CSR and volunteering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnerships
Develop a deep understanding of the corporate sector , CSR trends, and focus domains of partner organizations.Manage end-to-end relationships with existing corporate partners—from proposal development and budget creation to implementation and closure reporting.Ensure timely and high-quality reporting , both financial and programmatic, aligned with donor requirements.Collaborate closely with the Programs Team to curate new initiatives, design proposals, and prepare detailed budgets.Research, identify, and onboard new corporate partners aligned with UWBe’s mission and focus areas.Support the Chief Corporate Relations Officer / Director – Resource Mobilization in achieving annual fundraising targets.Mentor and guide executives in the team to enable independent handling of accounts and efficient delivery.Conduct regular field visits (pre-, during, and post-project) to monitor implementation and impact.Facilitate corporate field visits, review meetings, and impact showcases to strengthen partner relationships.Volunteering Engagements
Design and implement an annual volunteering calendar tailored to corporate partners’ CSR objectives.Manage the end-to-end execution of volunteering events—planning, coordination, logistics, and post-event documentation.Continuously innovate volunteering ideas to increase employee engagement and promote meaningful participation.Coordinate with internal teams, NGO partners, and corporate stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and measurable outcomes.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate Degree (preferably in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field).Minimum 7-8 years of relevant professional experience , including at least 4 years in the development / CSR sector .Strong understanding of corporate CSR frameworks , employee engagement , and partnership management .Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Kannada is an added advantage.Willingness to travel for partnership development and project reviews.Application Process :
