Role Description :

We seek a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to join our Founder's Office in a Strategy & Growth role. You will work with various functions to set them up for scale and lead GTM for new product / business lines for us.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning & Execution :
  • Solve problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution.
  • Own responsibilities across strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships to unlock opportunities for Rupicard.
  • GTM for new product lines :
  • Work with the founder to conceptualize and launch new product lines.
  • Lead partnerships with relevant external companies, financial institutions, stakeholders, etc.
  • Special Projects :
  • Lead special projects across functions that are essential for business growth and innovation.
  • These could include designing the organization structure, compensation plan and incentives, operating procedures, and protocols, etc.
  • Targets Planning :
  • Work with the founder to set business targets across departments and set up relevant processes to track progress against these.

Qualifications :

  • 4-6 years of experience working in top-tier consulting firms or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • MBA / PGDM from a Tier-1 college (IIM A / B / C, ISB)
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of startup dynamics.
  • Proactive and able to take end-to-end ownership of projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
  • Must be based in Bangalore and willing to work on-site.
