Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian Executive Chef located in Ujjain. The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure the quality and consistency of dishes, and create new recipes while maintaining the authenticity of South Indian cuisine. Responsibilities will include menu planning, managing kitchen staff, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge and experience in South Indian cuisine
Proficiency in menu planning, recipe creation, and kitchen management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Understanding of inventory control, cost management, and health and safety regulations
Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus
Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
