Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Jaipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing financial advice, processing loan applications, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include meeting with potential clients, assessing their financial needs, explaining loan products, and guiding clients through the application process. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining client records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Experience in financial advisory, loan processing, or related roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and interpret financial documents
• Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
