Key Responsibilities :
Relationship Management
- Manage the overall banking and investment relationship for HNI clients under the YES FIRST program
- Drive growth in liabilities and investment business by deepening existing relationships
- Maintain high service standards to exceed client expectations across the most valuable customer segment
- Identify potential within current relationships and convert into additional revenue opportunities
Business Development & Sales
Achieve sales targets across products including liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, and investmentsProactively cross-sell the complete suite of consumer and commercial banking productsDrive customer acquisition and balance deepening within the assigned portfolioCustomer Engagement
Regularly engage with mapped HNI customers to maintain portfolio quality and strengthen client relationshipsBe the primary point of contact for client service and sales satisfactionPromote high levels of channel and product penetration to meet customer banking needsInvestment Advisory
Offer financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI clientsDrive fee-based revenue through the sale of mutual funds, insurance, and other investment productsProcess Adherence & Compliance
Ensure all client interactions and sales activities are recorded digitally as per defined processesConduct detailed client profiling to identify and maximize business opportunitiesComply with internal audit standards, risk management policies, and regulatory requirementsSkills Required
