Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Jaipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries and issues, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for managing loan applications, verifying customer documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless process. The role requires regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing
• Knowledge of financial products and the housing finance industry
• Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the local market
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with loan processing and documentation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
