Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Assistant located in Kalyan. The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for supporting back office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, analyzing data, providing customer service, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients. The role involves handling various clerical duties, maintaining records, and coordinating with different departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Strong organizational and time management skills
