Immediate Start! US Immigration Specialist

Hi,

We are looking for energetic and talented US Immigration Specialist with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Candidates should have 1+years of strong experience in US Immigration Specialist.

• Hands-on experience in handling various types of Visa filings, including initial, amendment, transfer, and extension petitions.
• Proficient in using HRMS / ATS tools such as Ceipal for immigration and employee record management.
• Skilled in preparing and maintaining Public Access Files (PAFs) in compliance with DOL requirements.
• Experience in drafting immigration-related letters including client letters, employment verification.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting case statuses.
• Experience in coordinating with U.S. immigration attorneys and ensuring accurate and timely documentation for case management.
• Preferred : Exposure to U.S. onboarding processes for visa-holding employees.

Preferred : Experience conducting internal compliance audits and ensuring adherence to immigration and DOL regulations.

Exp : - 1 to 3 years
