As we scale our operations, we are looking for a motivated Junior SDR to support our sales efforts, engage prospects, and contribute to our mission of making healthcare accessible for all.
Role Overview
The Junior SDR will be responsible for top-of-funnel activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and initial qualification of potential clients. This role will closely collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads that can be nurtured into long-term partnerships.
This is an entry-level sales role designed for individuals who are ambitious, coachable, and eager to learn the art of sales in a high-growth startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
- Research and identify target accounts across industries (HR leaders, wellness partners, SMEs, enterprises).
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (emails, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.) to generate interest.
Lead Qualification
Conduct discovery conversations with prospects to assess their needs and fit with SaveIN's offerings.Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives.Pipeline Building
Generate high-quality meetings for senior sales team members.Support sales events, webinars, and campaigns by driving registrations and attendance.Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns.Share insights from conversations with prospects to improve GTM strategy.Desired Skills & Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships included).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is preferred.Passion for healthcare, technology, and solving meaningful problems.What We Offer
