About the role :

As Head of Development youll lead the evolution of our Onecloud applicationour customer-facing platform for self-serve capabilities and analytics. Youll guide a talented development team shape architectural decisions and drive continuous improvement across our systems and processes. What makes you a great fit :

• 5 years experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong front-end and back-end skills
• Expert in Angular HTML / CSS JavaScript (C#)
• Experience with Zero Google BigQuery SQL Server and Postgres
• Skilled in deploying applications via Kubernetes Cloud Run and Cloud Functions
• Familiarity with Redis and Elasticsearch for performance optimization
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable design principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passionate about UI / UX and delivering intuitive user experiences
• Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Committed to continuous learning and technical innovation
