The Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting team members in project coordination, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. The Assistant will also ensure smooth communication within the team and with clients, and contribute to the efficient operation of the office. Qualifications Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving Experience in a marketing or digital agency is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively within a team
